Delivery time
The usual delivery time to the transport company for confirmed orders is less than 3 working days in provincial capitals and one more day in other towns.
Methods of payment:
Orders can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or by paying during collection at the point of sale. If you want another form of payment please contact us on 93 209 18 31.
Shipping costs.
They are included for orders over 28€. Lower orders are charged at 4,60€. This amount may vary outside the Peninsula.
Returns
You can return any defective product or in bad condition within 15 working days from the date of receipt in its original packaging and unused postage prepaid indicating whether you want a replacement, refund or another product.
You can return any new unused product that does not satisfy you within 15 working days from the date of receipt in its original packaging with postage at your expense indicating whether you want a replacement, refund or another product.
