COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Maison Karité SL sells products of natural or organic cosmetics certified according to the information indicated on each of the products.
Price list:
Prices are in Euros and include value added tax (VAT) in Spain unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are not included.
Delivery time
The usual delivery time is 3 working days on the peninsula and 5-7 days in towns of difficult access, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. . In the event that due to an exceptional demand of products, or force majeure, a product is not available after the purchase has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible, offering the option of choosing another product or refunding the amount paid.
Methods of payment:
Orders can be paid for by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or by paying during collection at the point of sale. If you want another payment method please contact 93 209 18 31.
Shipping costs.
Spain Peninsula: Free for orders over 28€. Lower orders are charged 4,60€. Estimated transit time: 2 days
Spain Balearic Islands: Free for orders over 60€. Orders under 60€ are charged 7.50€ Estimated transit time: 3 days or more depending on the island.
Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla Free for orders over 80€. Lower orders are charged 9.30€. Estimated transit time 7 days or more

Returns
You can return any defective or malfunctioning product within 15 working days from the date of receipt in its original packaging and unused postage paid indicating whether you want a replacement, refund or another product.
You can return any new unused product that does not satisfy you within 15 working days from the date of receipt in its original packaging with postage at your expense indicating whether you want a replacement, refund or another product.
If because of the transport you receive the shipment with some kind of damage in its packaging you can reject it directly, or accept it leaving a record of the damage and contact us at 93 209 18 31 or ventas@maisonkarite.com to receive instructions for return, refund or replacement.
